Get startedTake back the power from social media and misinformation trolls. In Simplicity, you are the only source of information. No ads. No misinformation.
Users get a handle on Simplicity in minutes. We designed Simplicity for everyone – young and elder, tech-savvy and technophobic.
Capture residents’ attention with push notifications on their smartphones. Don’t let your message get lost in mailboxes and endless feeds on social media.
New York City is the capital of innovation, and with Simplicity, we are bringing our city together like never before. This app provides everything New Yorkers and visitors need.
Continual and appropriate communication is a reasonable expectation voiced by many San Leandro residents. I encourage every San Leandro resident to download the Simplicity App to stay informed.
Simplicity creates an entire new layer on how cities can interact with residents. So if cities are the governments closest to the people, then Simplicity is the platform closest to the people.
I believe that Simplicity has the potential to make a real difference in the way cities build relationships with their residents.
Simplicity is a great example of leveraging technology to lift the spirits and deepen the relationships among people in cities around the world. The alignment was too obvious not to be part of the movement.
The Simplicity app is reimagining how cities are building relationships with their residents. It is the key interaction tool in governmental innovation.
Let us do the work. Simplicity admin collects updates from your website and delivers them to your followers in the Simplicity app.
Send notifications to draw attention to an important update. Choose your audience and target residents based on their interests and location.
Your logo is visible on all your content. You don't have to worry about your updates getting lost in the feed. Residents can only see a single feed at a time.
Enrich your communications by publishing custom content from Simplicity admin Interface. Publish updates, events and include embedded links & videos.
Simplicity analytics helps you understand how residents consume your content. Observe the open rate, notification click-through rate, subscribers, and more.
Collect, categorize and assign suggestions for improvements to the right people. Suggestions are received to your private inbox and are not visible to others.
Include residents in decision-making and support what they care about. With the Community Fund feature, you can reward residents’ favorite local non-profit organizations.
Deliver updates to your residents in their first language. Publish content in English, and we’ll make sure to translate into languages commonly used within your community.
Collect opinions from your residents through simple polls and questionnaires. Get quick insights on current issues and topics that resonate in your community.
Yes, it is. Simplicity is free and has no hidden fees to worry about. We will roll out some premium features for local businesses and event organizations soon.
So far we have launched the City of Oakland, Menlo Park, San Leandro, Burlingame, Foster City, Colma, East Palo Alto and Santa Maria in California. In Illinois, cities include West Peoria, Rock Island, Richton Park, Pittsfield, Northbrook, Brookfield, Homer Glen, Montgomery, Indian Head Park, Rolling Meadows, Oswego, New Lenox, and Mundelein.
We have to verify a city hall or at least three public agencies or community groups from a city to launch it. Only after that does the city become accessible to its residents via the Simplicity app. If you would like to launch your city, share this website with your community groups or city organizations.
Only verified organizations within a city can upload announcements and upcoming events via their special admin access. If you are interested in using Simplicity and would like to get access, you can submit a request by clicking the “get started” button at the bottom of this page. After filling out the form, a Simplicity team member will get in touch with you to verify your organization.
After we verify your account, you are set to go. Usually, it takes about 72 hours to get verified and receive a login to be able to start posting in the app.
We supply verified account holders with marketing assets to support a successful launch in their city and community.
